Pricing

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.  

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing your order. And shortly after your order has been processed a shipping number will also be provided for ease of tracking.

Please contact us if you do not receive an order number within 24 hours.

We accept various forms of payment, including all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna. 

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure and are SSL-encrypted to protect your data!

We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Shipping

It will usually take 5-10 days for all orders to arrive. Because we do ship worldwide with varying fulfillment centers, shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping locations. With that understanding, we do ask customers to expect delivery windows up to 25 days. This may be due to unexpected delivery delays, such as customs and import inspections, which can and will delay a shipment and push it outside of our typical delivery window.

We know you are excited to receive your order, and appreciate your continued patience, as we overcome any delivery delays. We do ask that you kindly reach out to our team and contact us here, with inquiries and we will be more than happy to assist you and provide an update as best we can. Additionally, we do our very best to fulfill orders in the order of which they are received. As previously stated, due to high demand and accommodating our customers worldwide, shipping may take longer than usual. However, we ensure that you will get your products and be a very happy and satisfied customer once you do!  

We typically take 1-3 Business Days to process an order, while in peak times, it a take up to 5 Business Days to process an order.   

 Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping. We want the whole world to enjoy our products!  

Refund/Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your tracking has confirmed your order has been delivered, to request a return to be eligible for a refund.

All Bundles, Kits, and Skincare Products are Final Sale

Exceptions for any Qualifying Damaged/Defective Device or Product will be Exchanged/Replaced with a new device. More information can be found on our Refund Policy page.
